Upcoming Training Courses

SAFAS is an accredited training centre for The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

SAFAS can provide in-house training for groups of 6 – 12 persons on your premises.  We also run general courses to which we invite Clients to send smaller groups or individuals.  In either case, we aim to make our training courses interesting and involving, while covering the essential instruction needed to reach the required standards. To this end we are offering the following courses-

2008 TRAINING

•   SAFAS Introduction to Food Hygiene (Self Learn CD - Rewritten for Vista & 2008)

Autumn / Winter 2008

•   CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering (Foundation)

•   Monday 6th October 2008   

•   Time - One Day Session 9:15am to 4:00pm

•   Living with the Stars - (How to prepare for your "Scores on the Doors" rating visit)

•   Tuesday 7th October 2008   

•   Time - Morning session 9:30am to 1:30pm
